Abstract:	$E$ - and $Z$ -dialkylvinyloxyboranes, prepared directly from cyclohexyl ethyl ketone, undergo stereo-selective aldol condensations to provide $threo$ - $erythro$ -β-hydroxy-α-methylketones, respectively.
