Muqubilin,a new c₂₄-isoprenoid from a marine sponge

Abstract:	The Red Sea sponge $Prianos$ sp. contains a cyclic peroxide C₂₄ - nor sesterterpene, Muqubilin ( $1$ ). The structure of $1$ was deduced from spectroscopic data and by chemical degradation.
