| Abstract: | Multidimensional liquid chromatography has been one of the important tools for the study of complex mixtures. Based on the theory and technology of multidimensional chromatography, this article discusses the recent developments of the switching technique in the interface of two-dimensional liquid chromatography,and illustrates its applications which emphases on the research of proteomics. |
