| 摘 要： | 探讨彩色多普勒超声对胎儿脐带绕颈的诊断价值,为临床探测胎儿在宫内的生长发育情况.用回顾性分析30例彩超诊断胎儿脐带绕颈孕妇的检查资料,所有病例均与分娩结果相对照,并与无胎儿脐带绕颈的正常组进行对比分析.彩色多普勒超声诊断胎儿脐带绕颈诊断结果与临床符合率达约93.3%;脐带绕颈时超声检测脐动脉S/D的比值有临床意义.说明彩色多普勒超声对诊断胎儿脐带绕颈有较高的临床诊断价值,为临床监护和预测胎儿生长情况及宫内窘迫与否生产方式的选择提供依据,也是临床医生诊断胎儿宫内窘迫的一项重要的参考依据,对决定分娩方法及时机的选择有一定的指导意义.

| Abstract: | To investigate the diagnostic value of Color Doppler Flow Imaging(CDFI) for detecting Nuchal Cord,the clinic with information of fetal growth is provided.The CDFI records for detecting Nuchal Cord of 30 patients were retrospectively analyzed.All the records were checked after delivery and compared with the normal group.The coincidence rate between the diagnoses of CDFI for detecting Nuchal Cord and the clinical results was 93.3%.The S/D value of umbilical artery had clinical significance for detecting Nucha... |
