基于金属元素含量的中药模糊分类研究

采用火焰原子吸收光谱法检测刘寄奴、灯盏花、回心草、鸡血藤、充蔚子、牛膝、丹参、三棱、莪术、熟地、色姜黄11种中药中钙、镁、铁、铬、镍、锰、铜、锌元素的含量,运用模糊分类方法研究药物微量元素与疗效的相关性,为中药的质量评价提供一种新的方法。结果显示,相关系数r=0.50时,有8种药物聚类相似;相关系数r=0.65时,有6种药物聚类相似;r=0.75时,有5种药物聚类相似。药物中微量元素含量丰富,相关系数较大的药物,其药物疗效相似。揭示中药中微量元素与药物疗效密切相关,为研制新型的药物提供了一种新的科学方法。

Classification Study of the Content of Metal Elements in Traditional Chinese Medicine

The contents of calcium,magnesium,iron,chromium,nickel,manganese,copper and zinc in 11 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines,such as Liujinu,dengzhanhua,huixincao,jixueteng,Chongweizi,niuxi,Danshen,sanleng,eshu,shudi,Sejianghuang were determined by FAAS.The interrelation between trace elements and the therapeutic effect was studied by method of blurred classification,and a new method for evaluating quality of traditional Chinese medicines was built.Cluster in 8 kinds of medicines was similar when relative coefficient was 0.50;cluster in 6 kinds of medicines was similar when relative coefficient was 0.65;cluster in 5 kinds of medicines was similar when relative coefficient was 0.75.The contents of trace elements are rich,and their therapeutic effect is similar while the relative coefficient is considerably great.This suggests that trace elements have much to do with the therapeutic effect.It provides a new scientific method for researching new types of medicines.
