| 摘 要： | 以Ｗｅｉｂｕｌｌ分布场合，排除形状参数与加速应力无关的限制；对恒加应力寿命试验的混合数据，建立一种可靠性统计分析方法，给出在正常应力水平下寿命分布的参数，平均寿命及变异系数的估计。

| Abstract: | A statistical analaysis is made on the reliability of the mixed data from life test under constant accelerated stress. The Weibull distribution as a life distribution will get rid of the limitation of shape parameter which is irrelevant to accelerated stress. The parameter of life distribution under normal stress is gaven, the estimate of average life and variation coefficient are also given. |
