| 摘 要： | 竞争产生效率,协作产生效益.区域间在旅游资源开发利用、产品策划、市场开发等方面实现协作,有利于实现区域旅游发展效益的最大化和最优化.多数区域相邻的城市因资源雷同、产品相似、市场定位相似等多重因素的影响,在旅游业发展过程中表现为低水平竞争.本文中从旅游节庆开发的视角入手,研究环三都澳区域旅游业发展不协调的表现,进而研究旅游节庆在环三都澳区域协调发展过程中的作用.

| Abstract: | Competition created efficiency easily and cooperation could achieve profit.Cooperation in tourism resource planning,products planning,market development among regions was helpful for the achievement of regions.Dued to the similarity of resource,products and market positioning,the steps of the development of tourism industry were in a low level.On basis of the development of tourism festival planning,it analyzed the inharmonious conditions of the development of tourism industry in Huansanduao region and the role played by tourism festival in the the harmonious development of tourism industry. |
