摘    要:对雷公藤叶愈伤组织进行悬浮培养,研究不同营养条件对雷公藤愈伤细胞生长及其雷公藤甲素质量分数的影响.结果表明:悬浮细胞在White培养基上增殖最快,而在MS培养基上生长最慢;White和MS培养基中悬浮细胞在第6天时雷公藤甲素质量分数最高,分别为7.14 mg/g和4.77 mg/g,而N6培养基中雷公藤甲素最大产量为6...

Abstract:The effects of nutritional conditions on cell growth and triptolide yield in Tripterygium wilfordii suspension culture were invested in this work.The resulted indicated that White medium was the best for the growth of suspension cells,while MS medium was the slowest.Both triptolide productions accumulation in Tripterygium cell in White and MS mediums reached the maximum yield at the sixth day,which were 7.14 mg/g and 4.77 mg/g respectively.The corresponding value in N6 medium was 6.34 mg/g,appeared at the n...
