关于高分子材料在应力松弛过程中应力-时间关系的研究

摘    要:指出了Maxwell型应力松弛方程的局限性,并分别从高分子材料应力松弛过程的活化能及高分子链间物理交联结构对应力松弛的影响出发,首次推导了高分子科技界及工程界广为公认的形式上带有广因子的应力松弛经验方程.并对其有关参数的物理意义作了分析.在此基础上处理了硬聚氯乙烯在不同介质条件下的应力松弛实验数据,获得了一系列应力松弛参数,证明了对这一体系而言tn中的n值为0≤n≤1,证明聚氯乙烯高分子链间极性相互作用及部分化学交联对材料的应力松弛有明显的影响.

Abstract:In this paper, the limitation of the relaxation equation of Maxwell mode was pointed out. From the point of view of both the activation energy of the stress relaxation process of polymer materials and the influence of physical entanglement structure between Polymer chains on stress relaxation, the stress relaxation equation with tn was derived. Basing on this equation the parameters, shch as K, n, etc, were obtained by the treatment of stress relaxation data of rigid PVC in different media.
