摘    要:在HNO3-H2O2-HF体系中微波消解土壤样品,用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定土壤中的铬,设定了最佳的样品处理条件和仪器条件,该方法测定铬的检出限为5mg/kg,回收率为99.4%-101.9%,RSD为0.54%-3.31%,方法简便,准确.

Abstract:The soil samples were treated by HNO_3-H_2O_2-HF of microwave digestion,then the amount of Cr in soil was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.The experimental conditions for treatments were optimized.The detection limits are 5mg/kg.The recoveries are from 99.4% to 101.9% with the RSD of 0.54% to 3.31%.The method is rapid,simple and accurate.
