摘    要:用连续波1.319μm激光辐照PV型HgCdTe红外探测器,得到了不同辐照功率密度下,探测器的响应输出随激光功率密度变化的一系列实验结果,观察到了器件对光的线性、饱和响应以外的一些新现象,如混沌、零压输出,并对实验结果作了初步的解释。

Experimental Study of HgCdTe(PV) Detector Irradiated by CW 1.319 μm Laser
Abstract:PV HgCdTe infrared detectors were irradiated by continuous-wave 1.319 μm laser light of various intensities. A series of output of detector No.1, No.2 under various laser intesities were shown. Some new phenomena, chaos and zero-output, were observed. The results are quite different from theoretical expectations. It is of great interest for future research on PV HgCdTe. A qualitative explanation is given.
