Abstract: | The solubility of substitutional impurities in ordered bcc A–B–(C) solid solutions has been calculated in a static approximation.
The effect of the energy splitting of geometrically equivalent interstitial sites into interstitial sites of two types during
ordering was taken into account. The solubility has been determined as a function of temperature, alloy composition, and long-range
order parameter. |
