肾脏病的微量元素研究

近二十年来．徽量元素工作者经过大量的临床与实验研究．发现肾脏病患者体内的徽量元素代谢存在着显著的异常表现．引起了国内外肾脏病学者的高度重视．本文概括叙述了国内外有关肾小球肾炎、肾病综合征、原位免疫肾炎、慢性肾功能衰竭、尿毒症等各型肾脏疾病的微量元素代谢规律，以及运用微量元素建立判别函数方程诊断慢性肾功能衰竭的思路和方法．肾多虚证．但由于中医对辨病和辨证尚无统一规范，故对虚证的微量元素研究虽多，认识却不尽相同．问题也较多，本文简要叙述了部分中医虚证的徽量元素研究结果。提示虚证的微量元素变化有很多共同之处．仅供临床研究参考．

Reasearch on the Trace Element of Kidney Disease

There's outstanding abnormal behaviour lying in trace element's metabolization within kodney patient's body.This artical generally describes different theories from home and abroed on the pattern of trace element's metabolization of kidney disease,such as glomerulonephritis, nephrotic syndrome,former position immune nephritis,chronical renal failure, uremia etc.It also cover the new diagnostic theories and methods by building up the trace element discriminant on chronical renal failure.Asthenia of kidney is the most common one among the kidney disease.But there is still no any unified standard on prognosis and overall analysis of nephropathy in chinese medical theory. Although lots of researches on the trace elements of kidney difficiency have been carried out.It's acknowlegement is still different and problems still exist.This artical briefly introduces a part of research results on the trace element of kidney difficiency in chinese medical theory.revealing that lots of common points exist in the changing procession of trace element of kidney difficiency.All the content is only for the clinical research reference.
