| Abstract: | The synthesis of new inorganic pigments has been investigated with the goal of preparing heat stable and anticorrosive pigments. The synthesis is based on a thermal procedure making use of the reversible transformation of cyclo-tetraphosphates(V) to higher linear phosphates(V). New binary condensed phosphates were synthesized based on the results of thermal analysis. These compounds represent new environmentally-friendly special pigments.
