摘    要:研制了一套基于气相色谱法的危废品仓库中非甲烷总烃的在线监测系统。该系统采用气相色谱原理对样品进行分离,经火焰离子化检测器电离形成微电流,通过信号放大器检测并换算成烃类含量。经联动调试检测显示,系统的示值误差小于±2.5%,零点漂移小于±5%F.S.(传感器满量程误差的百分数),量程漂移小于±5%F.S.,响应时间小于300 s,系统各项技术性能指标均满足并优于《上海市固定污染源非甲烷总烃在线监测系统验收及运行技术要求》,具备推广和应用价值。

Abstract:An on-line monitoring system for non methane total hydrocarbon in hazardous waste warehouse based on gas chromatography was developed.In this system,the principle of gas chromatography was used to separate samples,which were ionized by flame ionization detector to form micro current,and then detected by signal amplifier and converted to hydrocarbon content.The linkage debugging results showed that the indication error of the system was less than±2.5%,the zero drift was less than±5%F.S.(the percentage of sensor’s full-scale error),the range drift was less than±5%F.S.,and the response time was less than 300 s.All technical performance indexes of the system meet and are superior to the technical requirements for acceptance and operation of Shanghai fixed pollution source non methane total hydrocarbon online monitoring system,which has the value of popularization and application.
