摘    要:综述木材中五氯苯酚的检测方法。高效液相色谱法不需要复杂的衍生化操作,具有良好的选择性与较高的灵敏度,是高沸点、热稳定性较差的五氯苯酚较理想的分析方法,该方法简便,检测成本较低,易于在检测机构及企业推广应用;采取乙酰衍生化,应用毛细管色谱柱进行分离的气相色谱法(电子捕获检测器)是目前五氯苯酚常用的检测方法,该方法简单,但易存在假阳性结果且无法识别;电极法可避免使用有机溶剂,减少环境污染,但苦味酸根离子有明显干扰;气相色谱-质谱法可以准确地进行定性定量分析,有效地去除基质干扰,该方法选择性好,灵敏度高,检出限低,具有良好的发展前景。

Abstract:The methods were summerized for determining pentachlorophenol in wood products.High-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was deemed as perfect analysis method for pentachlorophenol with high boiling point and poor thermal stability and without complex derivatization operation,which had good selectivity and high sensitivity,and it was simple and convenient,and easy to be applied in testing organizations and enterprises because of low cost.Gas chromatography(with electron capture detector)using a capillary chromatographic column was a commonly used detection method for pentachlorophenol,which was simple,but false positive results were easy to exist and could not be identified.The less of organic solvents might cause low environmental pollution by the electrode method,though it was not popularized because of the obvious interference of picric acid ions.Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)was carried out more accurately without the interference problem,which was proved to be with high selectivity,high sensitivity,low detection limit and good development prospect.
