| 摘 要： | 心理弹性量表RS-14是测量心理弹性的有效工具.测量临床肿瘤患者的心理弹性能够帮助临床医护人员发现弱心理弹性的患者并及时对他们进行心理护理和心理干预.为了能用RS-14筛查弱心理弹性的肿瘤患者,需要确定RS-14得分的截断值,以此截断值作为临床筛查弱心理弹性的诊断界值.将ROC曲线结合多项式回归用于确定RS-14的诊断界值进行探讨,并介绍了具体的应用步骤.

| Abstract: | The RS-14 is a validity scale measuring resilience of individual.Measuring resilience of the patients with cancer is able to help the clinic doctors and nurses screen the patients with poor resilience,so that they can provide the patients psychological care and intervention in time.In order to use RS-14 in screening low resilience,we determine a cutoff score of the RS-14.In this study,the ROC curve combining with polynomial regression are used to determine the cutoff score of the RS-14,and the program of analysis is described. |
