| Abstract: | By the quantitative Analysis of the numerical Control Machines subsystems or subsystem units,it is obtained reliability of series system of numerical control machine.With the mathematical model of combinatorial group testing(NGT),It is evaluated the reliabihty of the subsystem based on series system reliability of the numerical control machine,also can provide method for fault analysis of subsystem. |
