摘    要:提出一种可以从时域和空域两个方面更准确地表征光束指向稳定性的动态方法,解决大型光学系统中光学器件微振动对光学系统的影响的描述问题.基于实际应用中机械结构的模态分析及微振动对光束的影响,将机械模态和光学系统有机地结合起来,建立了光学器件微振动模型.然后以神光Ⅱ装置中的空间滤波器为研究对象,分析了空间滤波器出射光角度的时间...
