摘    要:调制传递函数(MTF)是设计和评价光电成像系统的重要参数,在证明了边缘图像的边缘扩展函数与累积直方图逆函数存在着线性关系的基础上,提出了一种基于统计直方图的MTF测量方法,设计了包括光学系统和探测器的仿真实验,搭建了包括积分球、靶标、平行光管和数字摄像机等装置的物理实验平台,以光电成像系统的设计参数和理论模型得到的理论...
