Abstract:
The long-standing problem, known to be “Kaonic Hydrogen Puzzle”, has been solved by recent KEK experiment, which reports a repulsive shift of the Kaonic Hydrogen 1s atomic state. Physics interest is now in the precise determination of the interaction including isospin dependence. We report a brief summary of the kaonic atom experiment at KEK (KpX) and present status of the precise experiment at DAΦNE (DEAR).
