| Abstract: | In this paper we present historical information on development, by the RFYaTs-VNIITF, of IGUR devices — pulse electron-accelerators using inductive energy accumulators. We describe the first IGUR's (IGUR-1, IGUR-2, and RAPID), which used air insulation in the high-voltage components. We present the designs, basic parameters, and the special features of the IGUR-3, éMIR-M, and SIGNAL accelerators. RFYaTs-VNIITF.
