摘    要:用浓硝酸微波消解样品,火焰原子吸收光谱法直接测定了皂荚、皂荚壳及皂荚籽中Fe、Cu、Mg、Ca、Mn、Zn6种微量元素的含量。皂荚、皂荚壳及皂荚籽中含有丰富的人体必需微量元素,采用此方法回收率在95.0%—105.0%之间。本方法简单、准确,结果令人满意。

Abstract:The samples were digested by microwave with nitric acid,the contents of six trace elements,Fe,Cu,Mg,Ca,Mn and Zn in Gleditsia sinensis were directly analyzed by flame atomic absorption spectroscopy(FAAS).The plenty of trace elements necessary for body were exist in fruit,shell and seed of Gleditsia sinensis.The recovery ratio of this method is between 95.0% and 105.0%.The method is accuracy and satisfactory.
