Abstract:On the basis of the effective matrix elements produced by the interactions between the electrons and phonons decided by Bardeen and Pines,the formation of the chemical bonds between the elements,the occurrence of the transitions of electrons between the elements and the influence made by the changes of the electrons of the elements at the nuclear out layer on the interactions between the electrons and phonons were discussed.The obtained results were in harmony with the conclusions made by Bardeen and Pines ...
