摘    要:基于系留气球内囊气体的组成成分分析和技术指标要求,综合分析目前现有的三种成熟提纯工艺方法:低温分馏、变压吸附和膜分离的工艺流程方法,针对系留气球的在线操作可行性,提出了一种适用于系留气球内囊氦气在线纯化的技术,给出了详细的工艺实现方法.结果表明:该方法非常高效且性价比较高.

Abstract:According to the analysis on the composition of gas in the tethered balloon and the requirements of technical specification,after the comprehensive analysis of three kinds of the current mature purification technologies:low-temperature distillation,pressure swing adsorption,and membrane separation technology,this paper suggested a new technology of helium on-line purification,and gave its detailed realization process.The experiment shows that it has a good cost-efficient and high-efficient.
