摘    要:高温超导技术在现代军用、民用电子系统中的应用日益广泛,文中的设计应用超导技术制作了一个振荡器,该振荡器具有极低的相位噪声,在77K温区,该振荡器工作频率5.012GHz,偏离载频1kHz处相位噪声达-129.8dBc/Hz.

Abstract:The high temperature superconductor technology is widely used both in the civil and military field.In this paper,a superconductor oscillator was designed using superconductor technology,which had ultra low phase noise.With a frequency of 5.012 GHz of the oscillator,the phase noise was-129.8dBc/Hz at 1kHz offset at 77K.
