| 摘 要： | 利用磁控溅射技术在YBCO上沉积ZnO薄膜,获得ZnO/YBCO异质结.测量其不同温度下的电学性质,样品显示良好的整流特性,并且随着温度的升高,ZnO/YBCO异质结电流逐渐增大. |

| Abstract: | ZnO thin films were deposited on YBCO by using magnetron sputtering.The I-V curves were obtained by measuring electrical properties under different temperature.The samples showed good rectifying behavior,and its current was increased with increasing the temperature. |
