摘    要:本文用激光散斑照相法对不同金属材料焊接件在不同温度区间产生的热位移进行了实测,得到焊接部位的热位移随温度的升高而增大,其热应变及热应力亦随温度的升高而增大,且与理论中分析相符。

Abstract:In this article,the laser speckle photography has been used for inspecting the thermal displacements,which are generated in the weldments made from different metal materials in different temperature intervals.The results indicat e:that the thermal displacements of the weld increase with temperature;and that the thermal strain and the thermal stress also increase with temperature,just the same as what is shown in the theoretical analysis.
