睾丸离断再植术

目的 探讨睾丸季断再植术方法。方法 应用显微外科技技术吻合精索内动脉、精索内静脉、输精管静脉及输精管，再植双侧睾丸；阴囊皮肤坏死后，用阴囊根环形皮瓣覆盖中央区创面，同时用双侧大腿内侧皮瓣覆盖阴囊根部手术创面。结果 成活一侧睾丸，而另一侧睾丸环死。３个月后复查，左侧睾丸大小及硬度正常，成形的阴囊形状逼真，第二性征无明显变化，出现阴茎勃起，血清睾丸酮达正常水平。结论 吻合输业管静脉是低位睾丸再植成败的

Replantation of Amputated Testicle

Objective To consider the method of replantation of amputated testicle.Methods Microsurgical technique was applied to testicle replantation via the anastomosis of spermatic cord artery,vein,spermatic duct vein and spermatic duct;Circle flap of scrotum bottom was applied to cover the centre of the wound caused by the death of scrotum skin.At the same time,the medial flap of two thigh was applied to cover the skin defects of scrotum bottom.Results One testicle was survived,the other died.The following up after 3 months showed that the size and hardness of left testicle was normal and the shape was perfect.The secondary sex characteristics had no evident change.The penis erection appeared.Conclusion The key to success of lower testical replantation was the anastomosis of spermatic duct vein,and the scrotum was replanted at the same time.It was an ideal method to apply the remaining skin of scrotum bottom to construct the scrotum after its skin death.
