促进组织生长的聚合物骨架工程材料

摘    要:对组织工程中影响细胞生长规律的两个主要因素:材料的表面性质和表面形貌进行了讨论,指出材料的生物相容性应同时包括表面相容性和结构相容性。对于可促进组织生长的聚合物骨架材料的结构设计,必须同时兼顾材料的表面工程和结构2工程,二者必不可少且不可分割。

Abstract:In this paper, the surface properties (e.g. hydrophilicity/hydrophobicity, surface energy, charge, chemistry and immobilized bioactive factors) and topography (e.g. roughness, porosity, groove/ridge and fiber) of some polymer skeletal materials, which are the two main factors to affect the growth of cells on materials in tissue engineering, are discussed. It is emphasized that the biocompatibility of the materials should contain structure compatibility besides surface compatibility. Both the surface engineering and structure engineering are necessary and neither of them can be negligible to the design of polymer skeletal materials for tissue engineering.
