摘    要:采用高温固相法合成了稀土复合钒锗酸盐R3GeVO9(R =Y ,La)体系 ,并以此为基质研究了Eu3+和Dy3+在其中的发光性质 ,以Eu3+为结构探针探讨了Eu3+在R3GeVO9(R =Y ,La)中的格位情况。同时 ,还研究了被取代离子R3+的Z/r对Eu3+的红橙比和Dy3+的黄蓝比的影响以及浓度、温度和Bi3+对它们发光强度的影响。

Abstract:From the results of X ray diffraction,it is certain that R 3GeVO 9(R=Y,La) can be obtained by solid state reaction with R 2O 3 and GeO 2.The luminescence properties of Eu 3+ and Dy 3+ in R 3GeVO 9(R=Y,La) have been systematically investigated.The strong absorption of GeVO 9 9 means that both matrixes can sensitize Eu 3+ and Dy 3+ .Eu 3+ occupies site without inverse center in the two matrixes. The red to orange intensity ratio (R/O) of Eu 3+ and the yellow to blue intensity ratio (Y/B) of Dy 3+ rise with the increase of the charge to ratio(Z/r) of R 3+ .The influence of Bi 3+ and temperature on the emission intensity of Eu 3+ and Dy 3+ are also investigated.
