摘    要:使用自行设计的毛细管电泳柱端安培检测系统,采用非水介质毛细管电泳法对野菊花中蒙花苷的含量进行测定.考察了缓冲溶液浓度及其pH值、非水介质的浓度、检测电位对测定的影响.在优化实验条件下,蒙花苷的质量浓度在2.0 ~80 mg/L范围内与峰高呈良好的线性关系,线性系数为0.999 6,检出限为0.20 mg/L,平均加标回...
