摘    要:聚醚砜(PES)是一种非晶特种工程塑料,具有强度好,使用温度高等特点,但熔体粘度高,加工上有一定困难.聚酰胺6(PA6)是部分结晶的工程塑料,有很好的强度和耐磨性能.加入适量的PA6,可显著地降低PES的熔体粘度,且可基本保持PES的原有性能[1]....

Abstract:A series of polycaprolactam(PA6)/poly(ether sulfone)(PES) blends were prepared in a Brabenderlike apparatus and the effect of PES on crystallization and melting behavior of PA6 has been investigated by DSC technique. The melting temperature and nonisothermal crystallization temperature of PA6 decreased with increase of weight fraction of PES in blends. Three melting peaks were found in DSC isothermogram. The Avrami exponents varied between 32 and 37, almost irrespertive of Tc and composition, and the rate of crystallization decresed with increase of temperature and PES content.
