摘    要:以EDTA为螯合剂,加入MX2结构化合物NiSe_2作为晶种,水热合成了FeS_2 纳米晶 .x射线衍射分析结果表明产物为单一相黄铁矿型FeS_2 (pyrite) ,平均粒径约 4 0— 5 0nm .丝网印刷成膜且高温退火后FeS_2 薄膜光学直接带隙变宽 .随晶种量的增加 ,吸收边在紫外—可见光谱区红移、方块电阻升高、霍尔迁移率上升和载流子浓度下降 ,实现了n型掺杂 .并且对FeS_2 的形成机理进行了讨论

Abstract:Nonacomposites of FeS_2 was successfully synthesized by EDTA-assisted hydrothermal method, adding NiSe_2 with MX_2 structure as seed. X_ray diffraction patterns indicate that the products are single phase FeS_2 (pyrite) with the average grain size of about 48nm. FeS_2 thin films were prepared by screen_printing method and annealed at high temperature. It has been shown that they have an increased direct bandgap. With increasing amount of seed, the absorbance edges in the ultraviolet_visible range show a red shift; the resistance goes up; Hall mobility rises and the carrier concentration decreases. The FeS_2 thin film shows an n_type semiconductor characteristic. The mechanism of the formation of FeS_2 (pyrite) nanocrystalline was discussed in terms of the growth process.
