| 摘 要： | 通过测定不同条件下壳聚糖溶液的粘度变化情况，对壳聚糖溶液的流变学性质及其影响因素进行了研究和探讨。实验结果表明，壳聚糖的醋酸水溶液属非牛顿假塑性流体，其粘度随溶液浓度和溶剂ｐＨ值的降低、温度的升高、存放时间的延长、外加盐量的增加而降低。

| Abstract: | By determining the change of viscosity of chitosan solution in different conditions, the rheological properties and their affecting factors of chitosan solution are studied. It is shown that chitosan_HAC aqueous solution is non_newtonian pseudoplastic liquid. The viscosity of chitosan solution decrease with the reducing of solution concentration and solvent pH value, the raising of temperature, the prolonging of time and the increasing of salt concentration. |
