| Abstract: | The relationship of human and his environment has been one of the main topics in environment research. In this article, after analysis of the current exploiting simulation models of natural resources, system balance theory is induced to simulate the process of substance flowing model within regional resources & environment system. From system theory views, dynamic process of exploiting of natural resources within regional sources & environment system is illustrated based on dynamic differential equations, under the condition of sustainable development. Following discussion of the model is put forward. |
