摘    要:在回顾现有典型资源环境系统开发利用模型的基础上 ,引入系统平衡理论建立了区域资源环境系统物质流动的动态模型 ,并在随后对该模型展开了分析 .

Abstract:The relationship of human and his environment has been one of the main topics in environment research. In this article, after analysis of the current exploiting simulation models of natural resources, system balance theory is induced to simulate the process of substance flowing model within regional resources & environment system. From system theory views, dynamic process of exploiting of natural resources within regional sources & environment system is illustrated based on dynamic differential equations, under the condition of sustainable development. Following discussion of the model is put forward.
