| 摘 要： | 不对称合成是当前有机化学研究的热点和前沿。催化不对称合成是制备光学活性化合物的有效方法,金属有机化合物作为试剂或催化剂在这一领域得到了广泛的应用。本文简要综述了金属有机化合物在不对称合成中的应用与进展。

| Abstract: | The asymmetric synthesis is the hotspot and front of the current organic chemistry research.The catalyzed asymmetric synthesis was the effective method to prepare the optics active compounds,the pentamethide obtaines the widespread application as the reagent or the catalyst in this domain.This article briefly summarized the application and progress of the organometallic compound in the asymmetric synthesis. |
