CdS/ZnO异质结构材料的光生电荷性质

摘    要:本文制备了CdS/ZnO异质结构材料, 并以此为模型体系, 利用表面光伏技术研究了其光电性质, 结果表明, 利用表面光伏相位谱和瞬态光伏技术可以更进一步了解异质界面的光生电荷行为.

Abstract:The photo-generated charges characteristics of CdS/ZnO heterostructures materials were studied by means of surface photovoltage techniques.The results show that the photovoltage intensities of CdS/ZnO heterostructures materials decrease comparing with that of CdS.From the results of transient photovoltage measurement,the photo-generated electrons of CdS can transfer to ZnO since an electric field formed on the interface between CdS and ZnO.But this field is too weak to dominate the photo-generated charges c...
