SEMIGROUP GRADINGS OF FULL MATRIX RINGS

Let F be a field, and let A = M_n (F) be the algebra of all n × n matrices over F. For each finite semigroup S, we describe all gradings A = ⊕ _s∈S A _S of A by S such that all standard matrix units e_ij of A are homogeneous elements of A.
