| Abstract: | Some soliton solutions and periodic solutions of hybrid lattice, discretized mKdV lattice, and modified Volterra lattice have been obtained by introducing a new method. This approach allows us to directly construct some explicit exact solutions for polynomial nonlinear differential-difference equations. |
