| Abstract: | The Wess-Zumino consistency condition is verified explicitly for the anomaly of a single chiral superfield coupling to a background scalar superfield, using the expression for the anomaly obtained by a direct perturbative calculation. The proof is next extended to a verification of the whole set of Piguet-Sibold equations. |
