Abstract: | Spectroscopic investigation (u.v., i.r. and NMR) of gibberic acid, epigibberic acid, allogibberic acid and epiallogibberic acid suggests a weak intramolecular interaction of the aromatic ring with the terminal methylene group in the case of epiallogibberic acid, and with the terminal carbonyl group in the case of epigibberic acid. |
