Abstract: | The pyroelectric method is used to demonstrate the dependence of the thermal conductivity and thermal diffusivity coefficients of n-type germanium monocrystals on the concentration of antimony impurities (6 × 1013, 1.3 × 1014, 1.7 × 1014, 3.7 × 1014, 6 × 1014 cm?3).
