摘    要:量子密钥分发是一种能够提供物理上安全的密钥分发方式,如今以成为信息安全领域中热门研究学科,但是由于在量子密钥分发中其成码速度的限制影响了它实际应用性。提高LD驱动脉冲调制速度,可以有效地提高信号发射速度,从而加快量子密钥分发的成码速率。采用循环驱动的方法,可以在时钟频率200MHz的条件下,在FPGA中实现200MHz的脉冲调制速度。实验结果显示,采用该方案产生触发脉冲驱动LD,输出量子信号的抖动小于2ns,满足了量子密钥分发的要求。

Abstract:Quantum key distribution (QKD) is a research topic of information security area. It can provide security key distribution. However, the low key rate of QKD limits its practical appliance. The increasement of the speed of LD driver pulse modulation effectively improves signal rate, to expedite the key generation rate of quantum key distribution. Modulation rate can be achieved 200M on FPGA in the case of using 200M clock frequency. It is indicated in the experiment’s result that the jitter of the output quantum signal less than 2ns by using this scheme realize pulse modulation, which meets the requirement of quantum key distribution.
