| 摘 要： | 胆甾醇酯具有胆甾相液晶行为，已应用于人工分子识别的研究和仿生物材料制造等领域，其合成方法也引起了人们的关注。文章综述了胆甾醇酯几种合成方法。由于具有反应条件温和的优点，二环己基碳二亚胺（DCC）脱水缩合法和酰氯酯化法是目前国内外最常用的两种方法。

| Abstract: | Cholesterol esters have cholesterol liquid crystals behavior,and have been applied in various fields because of their particular properties.Progress on the synthesis of cholesterol esters is summarized.For the advantages of mild reaction conditions,DDC condensation method and acyl chloride esterification method are much more popular.41 references were cited. |
