摘    要:本文研究了16Mn钢磁声发射(MAE)行为随应力的变化规律,制定了利用磁声发射测定应力的一些参数.根据应力与磁声发射参量的一些关系和规律,提出了磁声发射幅值受外加应力影响的表达式,为检测铁磁材料残余应力提供了基础依据.最后测定了焊接板的残余应力.

Abstract:The variation of the intensity of MAE with stress in type 16Mn steel is investigated. Some parameters for the determination of the stress with MAE are suggested. An expression for the relationship between the amplitude of MAE (up) and applied stress, This expression provides a basis for the detection of the residualstress in ferromagnetic materials. The residual stress in the welded plate has been measured.
