| 摘 要： | 探讨了枝条部位、扦插基质和扦插季节对金丝桃扦插生根率的影响.结果表明:顶枝的生根率最高,中段枝次之,下段枝最差;以沙为基质,生根率最高,土壤加沙次之,土壤最低;季节的影响不明显,秋季略高于春季.

| Abstract: | Hypericum monogynum L.has greater medical and ornalmental value. In this experiment, the influence of four factors such as cutting culture substrata on rooting rate of wild H.monogynum L. was studied.The results indicated that, cutting came from upper shoots would be most beneficial to the propagation, next cutting came from middle shoots is better than that from the lower shoots. There is no obvious effect on season of cutting, but cutting in autumn can get slightly higher rooting rate than that in spring. |
