| 摘 要： | 首先给出了柱坐标系下拉普拉斯方程的第三边值问题,进而证明了拉普拉斯方程的第三边值问题等价于一个泛函变分的极值问题,最后指出了将拉普拉斯方程第三边值问题转换为等价的泛函变分极值问题的好处.
