| 摘 要： | 本文从中国企业技术创新存在的不足和国外企业技术创新中来自政府方面的优势分析中得出中国实行政府财政支持企业技术创新的紧迫性;对政府财政支持企业技术创新这一制度本身进行了理论和实践两个不同角度的诠释,证明了实施政府财政支持企业技术创新的必要性。在此基础上本文提出了政府财政在支持企业技术创新中的政策建议。
