| 摘 要： | 针对无线通信环境中的应用，使用ADS软件设计了一种915MHz射频收发系统。射频收发系统中的关键模块均根据实际的集成射频模块的参数设计。使用ADS软件对设计进行功率增益预算仿真、S参数仿真。仿真结果表明，设计的射频收发系统符合实际的无线通信环境的要求。

| Abstract: | The design and simulation of 915 MHz RF Transceiver system using Advanced Design System （ ADS ） for wireless communication application is presented. The key modules in RF system are designed by using the parameters ofactual integrated RF modules. Some simulations have been done by using ADS ,such as Budget simulation , S parameter simulation. The simulation results show that this RF transceiver system with real wireless communication demand. |
